Life Begins

“Life begins at the end of your comfort zone. The deepest secret is that life is not a process of discovery, but a process of creation. You are not discovering yourself, but creating yourself anew…”

– Neale Donald Walsch

New beginnings can be daunting, be they reaching a milestone in age, embarking on new ventures or renewing lives. Often times, arrival at these crossroads makes us question the equilibrium in our thinking. There are many expectations of ourselves, our environment and our calling because of our past experiences.

“Life Begins” offers the insights of 5 artists, Liew Choong Ching from Malaysia, Maureen Hoon, Seah Yu Hsin and Tang Kok Soo from Singapore, and Bob Yan from China, who contemplate about starting anew through their various art forms. They serve to explore, question and communicate the fears, uncertainty and hope as they venture into unchartered territories. Come join us and reflect on your own personal narratives.
